Instead of matching an exploded-view drawing to a part number, the customer rotates the assembly, clicks the component they need, and the correct part number is identified for them. A PDF parts book is static: the customer reads an exploded view, guesses at the callout number, and phones or emails to confirm. A 3D catalog is the same information made interactive — the customer identifies the part by clicking the thing they are looking at, and the request that reaches you already names the correct part. Not yet. Origeq is built API-first following SOC 2 and ISO 27001 practices, and formal certification is on our active roadmap rather than something we already hold. We will say so plainly in any RFP response — ask us for the current status.

Yes. On the Enterprise plan (the deployment our RFP page calls Origeq Portal), order requests can flow straight into your ERP. On the lower plans they arrive as clean, structured email or online requests you can drop into any workflow. A REST API and webhooks cover anything that is not a standard connector.
You receive a structured request that already names the specific parts and quantities, tied to the assembly they were selected from. It reaches you by email, through an online channel, or directly in your ERP depending on your plan — so nobody on your team has to interpret a description or call the customer back to confirm.
Yes. Role-based permissions and optional client logins mean each customer or dealer sees only the equipment and documents you grant them.
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Dealers and distributors get dedicated accounts with their own permissions, territory support and order history — so they can serve their customers without seeing anybody else’s install base.
Yes. Attach manuals, service guides and technical documents to any assembly, so everything a customer needs lives beside the 3D model. Because Origeq already resolves the right part number, you can also simplify your manuals by dropping the exploded views and parts lists.
On the Enterprise plan, yes — run it on your own domain with your branding and colours. The lower plans use shareable links hosted under the Origeq platform.
